Im in japan but i usually get 3 out of the 4 bars me and my roomate both play on the same connetion and we dont notice any lag when playing with west coast groups.

7-8 i have a huge video game addiction and spend alot of money on it. Alienware laptop huge tv as the monitor customized keyboards mice and anything i can get to make my play time more comphy
